- Conceived, architected, and launched a live B2B SaaS product — a CRM and contract management platform enabling football agents to manage players, coaches, and agency operations. - Delivered full-stack implementation including backend API, Next.js frontend, Stripe-integrated subscription tiers, automated contract reminders, document storage, and team collaboration tools. - Managed complete product lifecycle — from market analysis and solution design through development, deployment, and commercialization — as sole developer and product owner.
- Designed and delivered a full-scale digital mobility platform for the Sudanese market — two live Android applications (rider app + captain/driver app) published on Google Play. - Architected and implemented real-time GPS tracking, driver-rider matching algorithm, bilingual Arabic/English UX, and payment flow. - Built and deployed the product landing page; leveraged AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery as a solo technical founder.
Designed and implemented a static website hosted on S3 and delivered via CloudFront for low latency and high availability. Created a serverless backend using API Gateway and Lambda functions (Python) to handle dynamic content, specifically a visitor counter stored in DynamoDB.
